CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
At Sugar Cookie Wax, we set out to bring you an environment where the highest level of skincare is provided to nurture your skin. It is our goal to make a difference by offering the quality products while minimizing pain and inclusive service in the most relaxing environment for our clients. Your Skin Deserves a Treat!

Booking: All services require a credit card deposit to guarantee a reservation. We hold the card information as part of our services and cancellation policy. We only make charge your account on the date of your scheduled service or on your membership scheduled billing date.​ By booking, you authorize Sugar Cookie Wax, LLC to charge your credit card for booking deposits, late cancellations, or no-shows according to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellations: Sugar Cookie Wax values your business and respects your time and ask that you respect ours and those of our other clients. We understand things come up and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We just ask if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at prior to 24 hours of our appointment.
Cancellations and reschedules made 24 hours or less prior to your appointment time are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of 50% of your booked service. Please call/ text or email to notify for any rescheduling needs.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 4 hours of the start time you will be charged 100% of the booked service. This also applies to canceling/ changing additional services booked last minute (within 24 hours) if you have multiple scheduled.

You will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation/ no show fee is paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid.
Unfortunately, these fees cannot be applied toward future services as it is a compensation for the time originally reserved.
Late Policy: Please notify us if you are running late. We do our best to accommodate you based on the days schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule so it will not affect our other clients. If your service can be completed, your treatment time may be shortened for the same reason. If you are more than 20 minutes late, and we must cancel your service we will have to charge you a late cancellation fee.
Children/ Additional Guests
To provide the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your appointment unless it is for medical purposes. We love children, but we ask that the remain at home or with trusted caregiver outside of the waxing studio for safety. Clients under the age of 18, require a parent or guardian to be present.
Memberships:
Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared or split. You may discontinue your membership at any time by emailing us. Your remaining balance may be used toward other services within 60 days of the date of cancellation.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the studio or online. Gift cards may be applied toward any purchase or Sugar Cookie Wax service. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
Returns and Refunds:
Sugar Cookie takes great pride in our mission to provide you with high quality, natural, nontoxic, gentle and eco-friendly skin care products. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, an in-studio credit will be provided for any unopened products returned within 1 week of purchase to be used on any other product or skincare service available here at the studio.
There are no refunds issued for services rendered, series packages, or gift certificates.
Right to Refuse Service:
Sugar Cookie Wax and its employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or stop service for any reason, if the employee feels our policies are not being followed or the safety or the wellbeing of others is jeopardized.
