Welcome to the Sugar Cookie Wax Loyalty and Rewards Program (Programs)! These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling or participating, you agree to abide by them. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility  - The Program is only open to current clients of Sugar Cookie Wax. LLC.

How to Earn Points/Rewards

• Members earn rewards by booking services, buying products and making referrals the result in completed bookings.

• Points are awarded  either by calculating the number of services booked [1 point for each booking] or at a rate of [e.g. 1 point per $1 spent, excluding taxes and shipping], or a straight percentage off services,  based on the promotion.

• Rewards eligibility and redemption values are subject to change at Sugar Cookie Wax's discretion.

 

Reward Redemption

• Points can be redeemed for services and or products.

• Minimum redemption thresholds are explained for each promotion as it applies.  

• The Refer a Friend/Share the Cookie Love Promotion is a straight % off your next service and will apply to the lowest priced item in that service or product or group of the same category. 

• The Baker's Dozen reward program gives you a free service  after you complete a series of 12 visits, up to a specific maximum value set at the time of the promotion. 

• Other points programs will have specific point to dollar values applied as announced, e.g. 100 points =$5 off a service or 5% discount on a product. 

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

 

Expiration and Forfeiture

• Points expire 6 months after the date they are earned unless otherwise specified.

• Accounts inactive for 6 months may forfeit all points.

• Sugar Cookie Wax reserves the right to deduct points earned through fraudulent or unauthorized means.

 

Program Changes and Termination

• Sugar Cookie Wax may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with 30 days’ notice. 

• Changes will be communicated via email and website.

• Upon Program termination, all unredeemed points will expire within 60 days.

 

Limitation of Liability

• Sugar Cookie Wax is not responsible for technical issues, lost points, or delays in reward delivery beyond our control.

• The Program is provided "as is," and participation is at your own risk.

 

Privacy

• Personal information collected through the Program is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• By participating, you consent to the use of your data for Program administration.
